year in text

not sure what to call this one yet. but in addition to the working title "year in text," i'm also referring to this project as "...in bed."

already accomplished:

• collected all the texts i've sent to nick since i got this particular phone last year. if there are multiple on any one day, pick just one to represent that day (we don't text very often so this isn't as crazy at it might sound to someone else)
• size them all to fit on one side a double sized bed sheet

what i've just started to accomplish:

• transfer them, one by one by hand embroidery.

problems i'm already encountering:

• managing all the material that isn't in use (cats want to lay in it, too)
• the stabilizer plasticky stuff makes for really imprecise back stitches. a different approach may be needed.
• what else am i going to post about while i'm working on this?
